Clinical Experience
Dr. Steven Rawson began Wellife Chiropractic Center in 2001 and has worked as its principle practitioner since the beginning. He has 14 years of experience in the chiropractic field, including drugless approaches to problems from headaches to foot pain, spinal treatments addressing stress affecting all parts of the body, and nutritional therapy among others.
Education
Dr. Rawson holds a chiropractic degree from Life University. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic Care (DC) degree and license in 1999 after passing the State and National Board examinations.
Hawaii
Upon graduation, he moved to hawaii. After working with another local chiropractor in Honolulu for a year he decided to set up practice and open Wellife Chiropractic Center in November 2001.
Continuing Education
Continuing Education is important to Dr. Rawson. That’s why every year he attends seminars to stay compliant and up to date on the latest technologies within the chiropractic profession.
Higher Standards in Diagnostic Testing
It has always been a standard for Dr. Rawson to provide the highest quality possible and one of the greatest diagnostic tools he used to screen for spinal problems, aside from the knowledge and skills developed while during his academic years was radiographic images (x-rays) of the spine. After seeing the vast difference of image quality of a digital x-ray machine as opposed to straight film, he set out to upgrade his office to the latest that technology had to offer. The difference has set him apart in his community while providing convenience to his patients on not having to go elsewhere to get x-rays taken.
Hobbies
On his free time, Dr. Steve enjoys more hobbies than he can keep up with. Some of which are photography, fitness, learning piano, chess, and performing standup comedy.
